We ship from Greece to Greece and Cyprus. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or courier delays. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All orders require an adult (18+) at the delivery address.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by email to info@greekstrains.com (you may use the model withdrawal form below), then return the products to us within 14 days of your notice. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
Conditions
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.
- For hygiene and health-protection reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (e.g. CBD oils, skincare, and similar consumables) — as provided by Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Products showing use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greekstrains.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including return costs. Your statutory guarantee rights under Greek and EU law are not affected.
